Built a self-hosted, near-zero cost AI chatbot infrastructure for non-technical business owners, with pilot deployments for a dental clinic and Glory Tabernacle Church in Pune.

Problem

Small businesses want AI chatbots for customer engagement but can't afford enterprise solutions or hire developers. They need something simple, reliable, and cheap.

Solution

Assembled a self-hosted stack using Typebot for conversation flows, n8n for workflow automation, Google Sheets as a lightweight data layer, and WhatsApp Business API for delivery — all running on Hetzner Cloud for minimal cost.
