Payment Gateway Integration — Springer Nature

At Springer Nature, I led the integration of multiple microservices with Razorpay to build a robust, scalable payment processing system. The existing payment flow lacked a unified gateway integration, leading to inconsistent payment experiences and manual reconciliation overhead. Built a microservices-based payment layer that integrated with Razorpay's APIs, handling payment initiation, webhook callbacks, retry logic, and reconciliation — all with comprehensive test coverage using TDD.
